Pingo is a free Android network toolkit that puts a technician’s whole kit in one app: a network scanner, a Wi-Fi analyzer, a speed test, a network security audit and guided diagnosis. Its guided diagnosis asks what is wrong, runs only the checks that fit the answer, and reports one verdict word with one plain sentence and the measurements behind it. Its defining rule is that a check which could not run is neither a pass nor a fail, so it is shown as unmeasured rather than counted as clear. Pingo measures. It does not fix, repair, boost or speed anything up, it cannot block or remove a device from a network, and it does not identify people: it names devices by what they report about themselves. It sends no alerts.
